just had a great overall experience at the Philly Inn & Suites. the staff is extra friendly, and the rooms are kept clean. the location is perfect, close to restaurants, interstate, and shopping. also conveniently located for public transportation.

Every time in Philadelphia, I choose this place. The hotel is colorful and clean, nestled in a beautiful building with particularly nice view of downtown Philly. Overall the room is neat, functional and includes climate control, multi-channel television, and an electronic key card.

The rooms were quiet and elegant with great beds with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The bathroom I had was disgusting.

Location adjacent to the North American Motor Inns for a job fair that one of the staffing agencies put on, the Philadelphia downtown, and lake, super market, resturants, shops and college. Impressive room with great beds, unbeatable and awesome location.

Stayed here for 3 days, loved the hotel, it was clean with nice and ideal location in front of the restaurant next door. Everyone was well experienced and very friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel when visiting family in Philly and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was in great shape. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a unique, colorful design that added character. I also appreciated the free parking and convenient location. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was helpful and attentive, the bathroom was excellent. The standard queen room was functional, had pleasant views. The bed was comfortable and climate control, multi-channel television and an electronic key card were a bonus.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I has my room changed twice because of hair in the bed and all over the bathroom. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and slept fully clothed. The wifi dd not work and the room was very dusty. Absolutely horrible experience I cannot believe this place is allowed to remain open.

The location was great a lot of good places to get something to eat and shop in walking distance.

The room was spotless and elegant with a decent view of downtown Philly. The bed was very comfy, and I truly enjoyed clean bathroom.

The view of downtown Philly from the Philly Inn & Suites was absolutely stunning. I loved waking up to the city skyline and it really added to my overall experience. One particularly thoughtful touch was finding chocolates and a bottle of water in the room - it felt like a little treat and made me feel welcome.

There were some issues with the room keys being deactivated before the listed checkout time, which caused a bit of confusion and inconvenience.
